“Your software license will be validated in the next xx days”

WHY IS MY IQ SHOWING THIS NOTIFICATION ?

1. Your IQ SUA / SaaS invoice is due. Annual SUA invoices are send out from Kerridge Commercial Systems in February for a year in advance. If your invoice is still due the notification will appear untill payment is received.
 

2. IQRetail South Africa Accounts department needs to do the payment allocation. once the allocation is processed the notification should go away by itself.

 3. Your IQ Sua/SaaS payment is up to date but the system could not automatically renew due to firewall blocks or other network related blocks, In this case you need to get in contact with us to assist in a re-registration. Clients not on remote support agreements will be billed for the remote support in assisting with the re-registration process.
